Adaptive Surface Concept
school project, 2018
Waves is an interaction device that physically transforms according to different needs. The goal was to blend the extreme versatility in rearranging the controls of a touchscreen with the familiarity of the tactile perception of a physical input device.
This concept arises as an investigation into the future of physical interactions between man and machine: the increasingly less mechanical and more humanized dialogue takes form through an organic, ever-evolving object.
A new relationship
The concept investigates a new kind of relationship between human and machine, imagining a more organic, ever-evolving, tangible dialogue.
