l’architetto Website
for CNAPPC, 2019
Design and development of a new website for l’architetto, the architecture magazine of the Italian National Council of Architects.
for Italian National Council of Architects (CNAPPC)
A quality product
For the new series, the magazine has been renewed both in the structure of the contents and in the visual identity. For the website project, it was decided not to directly transpose this preset on the web but rather take its characteristic features and readjust them to obtain the same perceived quality.
Adjustment for digital devices
The typefaces used in the print magazine have been replaced by alternatives optimized for web and screen reading, except for titles where the original font was preferred. For the covers' colour of the different issues, the hexadecimal value corresponding to the Pantone used for print is chosen manually to obtain colours as accurate as possible to the paper, thus compensating for the changes made during printing by the type of paper and the colour charge.
